What can I do to help you improve your health and fitness?
My focus to improve your health and fitness is to give you structure, motivation, knowledge, knowhow, science, empathy and understanding, support and strength of mind for when you say you ‘can’t’ ….I say ‘YOU can!’
I will tailor all exercise and nutrition to your needs and preferences – it won’t work if it’s not FUN, achievable and specific in your desired goals, taking into consideration your injuries, pains and niggles!

Adhoc Personal training
Unsure on what a personal trainer actually does for you? Try out a sessions to fit in with your needs and your life. Maybe you just need a little guidance on posture and form when doing your exercises, or have an exercise plan and want to see if you are doing in the most effective way. Like many of my clients that have walked through the door, maybe you are exercising but not achieving the results you thought you would. I can look through your plan and advise you on the changes that need to be made. You might want to take up running but don’t know where to start yet don’t want to commit to seeing a personal trainer on a regular basis.
Check in monthly
Come to see me once or twice a month. This works well for the experienced, regular exercisers that understand good form and can manage their own work out, looking for guidance and help with progression.
Once a week
Sign up to a session once a week and I will take you through an exercise plan tailored to your fitness needs to keep you motivated, active and fit. This is great for maintaining muscle tone and cardio fitness.
The ‘I want to change’ package

- Unmotivated, don’t’ know where to start?
If you have hit a brick wall and need to make a change in your life then I can guide you through a simple step by step ‘get my life’ on track regime. Depending on your budget and the time you can commit to your diet and exercise, I would want to see you at least twice a week and would keep in close contact via email, text and phone to help guide you through this process. Once we have achieved some milestones and you feel you can manage your exercises plan and diet we can reduce the amount of contact and move on to another programme.
This package works really well if you are committed, ready to work hard and want to make a change in your life.
The maintenance package
One session every 4-6 weeks with scheduled calls for catch up and discuss any problems or questions you might have.
