As a child I was always ill, name an illness I had it! However I was really sporty and living on fresh air and a few bags of crisps. Going into my teens this didn’t change much my health was not great and my skin was badly affected by acne. Moving into my twenties having had a fast track career leaving me burnt out by the age of 23 I then embarked on phase 2 of life, having my children. This is when I realised that my body had nothing left to give feeling pretty depressed and no longer able to feed my daughter the essential breastmilk a baby needs, I realised it was time to make some changes.
I was over whelmed with the amount of contradictory information there was on nutrition and what I should be feeding my children. I decided to find out for myself and took a diploma in Nutrition….
I have continued to educate myself and qualified as a personal trainer and GP referral practitioner, including client psycology and motivation, core stability, circuit training, boxercise, Meta fit and Nordic walking.
Fast forward 10 years my skin is great, my body is the way I want it to be, my children are healthy and I love helping others in their search for health and happiness. Knowledge is power. You can achieve anything once you know how.
I specialise in helping to breakdown the mountain ahead, we all know that we need to exercise, we all know we need to eat the right foods, so why aren’t we all these slim super fit beings we wish we could be. I help my clients understand where they want to be and how to get there. It’s an exciting journey and I am with you all the way.
